Tony Zimlich joins our team having previously practiced commercial real estate in the Savannah Metro market and surrounding counties. Tony works tirelessly to oversee a transaction from beginning to end, especially the properties that are more challenging to sell.

Tony is a Kentucky native but has resided in Rincon, GA for over 13 years.  He arrived in the low country region while stationed at Hunter Army Airfield, serving in the US Army as a helicopter pilot.  After retiring from the Army in 2013, Tony worked overseas government contracts and helped spearhead the first commercial drone use cases in the United States. 

Aside from pursuing the CCIM designation, Tony holds his Commercial (rotary), CFII and Part 107 pilot certificates.  Tony is also a member of the Combat Helicopter Pilots Association, VFW, American Legion and enjoys living in Rincon with his wife and three daughters.
