Growing up in Peachtree City, Nikolai is not only a local, but he is highly familiar with his territory of Coweta County. He graduated from the University of Georgia’s #1 nationally ranked Risk Management and Insurance program through the Terry College of Business, and always knew he wanted to work in this industry. Years of experience in his family business covering property management, investments, construction, and brokerage in and around Metro Atlanta set Nikolai up for a smooth transition into Commercial Real Estate.
