Prominence Point Parkway Apartment Site

Overcoming several previous and unsuccessful attempts at rezoning the site for Multifamily, the RA team of Alex Leveto, Ryan Oros and Shawn Leveto finally prevailed. The City of Canton approved 168 units on 8.6 acres in Prominence Point, a Publix anchored development. The Purchaser, Core Property Development, intends on starting construction of the new units in Summer of 2021. The new residents will enjoy all the shopping center conveniences as well as excellent access to I-575.
