5.75 acres on Prominence Point Pkwy will become home to a new gas station and retail center. Alex Leveto, Chief Operating Officer for Realty Atlanta, represented an out-of-state seller in New York to negotiate and close the transaction. The property was rough graded and will give the site a much needed face lift, while also providing the community a new convenience.
