Swim & Tennis Facility Trades Hands

Olde Towne Swim Tennis Facility has been home to many tennis tournaments, swim clubs, and civic groups over the years as well as an activity center for Epic Church. The new owner’s plans are to beautify the grounds, make some upgrades to the buildings, and ramp up use of the center. Dave Merwin and Shawn Leveto with Realty Atlanta represented the ownership in the sale.
