Chestnut Park Subdivision, 53 Lots Sold

Chestnut Park has finally made it’s way to the marketplace. Seed Capital worked diligently with Blue River Development to resolve outstanding issues and prepare the (once defunct) development to a buildable venture. Alex Leveto with Realty Atlanta was able to pair the Sellers with EMC Homes and a JV partner to purchase the 53 developed lots. The construction is anticipated to start in early spring and deliver homes in the mid 300’s to low 400’s.
