The Family Funtime Park was abandoned for years as an unfortunate result of the last economic downturn. Many families enjoyed miniature golf, go-cart racing and an expansive lake that borders the (at one time vibrant) property. O’Dwyer Homes has purchased the site, which was previously rezoned for townhomes. The developer plans to build 58 units, offering affordability to the area while also providing the option to be in the Peachtree Ridge High School district. The land is located between Highway 120 and Lakes Parkway. Shawn Leveto connected the parties for this transaction.
