Old Ivy Place Subdivision, 119 Lots Sold
McKinley Homes out of Peachtree Corners has expanded its building operations to the Southside of Atlanta. The builder purchased 119 townhome lots off of Stockbridge Rd in the Old Ivy Place Community. McKinley plans on offering entry level and first move up product in the high $100s. Alex Leveto with Realty Atlanta represented McKinley in the transaction.
