Majestic is Exploding
in South Fulton

Expanding its footprint in South Fulton, Majestic Realty has closed on 210 acres off Stonewall Tell Road, just south of South Fulton Parkway. The industrial giant has plans for large warehouse usage on the site. The original plans for the property were stalled with the market crash. Chris Doughtie, the original owner, was able to weather the storm and work out an arrangement to sell the property. Josh Doughtie with Realty Atlanta represented the Doughtie family in the transaction.
